Psychological services for children & families

Diagnostic Assessments
We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments, direct observation, developmental history, and caregiver interviews. Our approach provides families with a clear understanding of each child’s strengths, needs, and developmental profile.

Educational Support
We empower parents with the knowledge, resources, and practical guidance they need to better understand and support their child. Our education and support help families navigate each stage with greater confidence and clarity.

Culturally Competent
We provide compassionate, culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish. We recognize and honor each family’s culture, experiences, values, and perspectives, creating an inclusive environment where every child and family feels seen, understood, respected, and supported.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We want every family to feel prepared, informed, and comfortable throughout the evaluation process. Here’s what you can expect before, during, and after your appointment.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Before your appointment, our office management team will confirm your date, time, and location and provide any required paperwork. You may complete your forms in advance or arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete them in our office.
When You Arrive
We recommend arriving a few minutes early if you have not completed your paperwork ahead of time. Once you arrive, make yourself comfortable in our waiting area while your provider prepares for the session. Your doctor will greet you and invite you into a private evaluation room. Your comfort matters to us, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience easier.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Your evaluation will be conducted by one of our experienced doctors and may include a combination of interviews, observation, and age-appropriate activities or play. We’ll ask questions about your child’s medical and developmental history, milestones, communication and socialization, behavior, cognitive functioning, daily activities, home environment, education, mental health, and other relevant experiences. To help us develop a complete understanding of your child, please bring any relevant records you have available, including:
-
Previous evaluations or diagnostic reports
-
Medical or psychological records
-
Screening results
-
School records and IEPs
-
Reports from doctors, psychologists, or social workers
-
Documentation of previous diagnoses
Payment & Insurance
We currently accept Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) insurance and CareCredit. Self-pay options are also available. Payment may be made before or at the end of your session. Please contact our office for current self-pay pricing and additional information.
